EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF WATER PIPELINE
For and in consideration of the sum of one dollar, the receipt of which
is hereby
Acknowledged,
the undersigned, ____________________________________________
Of Jasper County, Illinois, hereinafter called “Grantor”, hereby grant to ___________________
their successors and assigns, hereinafter called “Grantee”, a perpetual easement for the purpose of laying,
installing, inspecting, replacing, maintaining, excavating for the transportation of water, a 4-inch or a
properly sized water pipeline, and suitable underground service pipes, connections, valves, appliances,
fittings and devices for use in connection with said water pipeline, together with the right of ingress thereto
and egress therefore for construction and maintenance purposes in , under, on the across certain real estate,
located in ___________ County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows to wit:
Grantee shall pay Grantor appropriate damages on crops
for maintenance of said waterline on said real estate.
Grantor shall not construct any improvements over said pipelines. Grantor shall have the right to
use and enjoy the premises covered by this easement; provided, however, Grantor shall not exercise such use
and enjoyment in a manner that will impair or interfere with the exercise by Grantee of any of the rights
herein granted.

The terms, conditions and provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the
parties hereto, their heirs, personal representatives, administrators, executors, devisees, legatees,
successors and assigns.
